Eric's name was included with others for installation on the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Memorial Wall during AirVenture 2001 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Wall ceremony took place on July 29th at 11:00 a.m. The service recognized all those individuals for their deep love of aviation and for the happiness and friendship they brought into the lives of those they left behind. The inscription on the plaque has Eric's name, his EAA number, and the following line "Test Pilot and F-15 Eagle Pilot".
A bibliography and a photo of Eric was entered into an album, which will be maintained in Fergus Chapel by the EAA Foundation for posterity.
Please feel free to see the plaque and album, and remember Eric. He would like that. To Eric, Oshkosh was "heaven on earth".
